Rather, bonus plants will be included (our choice) proportional to the size of the order. Prices may change without notice. Payment must accompany all confirmed orders. HOW TO ORDER: Remember... "If it is not in our e-mail, it does not exist!" While this statement is not wholly true, e-mail is the best way to communicate with us, and it creates both an electronic and paper trail. We receive orders every day and at busy times and during the show season, they can accumlate quickly. During these times, we do check our e-mail and it is easier for us to respond, then by phone. If you wish to call us, we recommend calling Friday to Sunday during normal nursery hours. If you leave a message we will call you back at our earliest convenience. Please reserve your order by E-mail, phone, FAX, mail, or BY OUR ON-LINE ORDER FORM. If you E-mail, call, fax or write us, please indicate an e-mail or number where you can be reached so that we can confirm your order. Remember, first come, first served. We strongly recommend making a reservation, well in advance, to prevent disappointment. As availability of some crosses or species may be limited, we welcome all inquiries concerning availability. Often there are more seedlings or flasks of sold-out items "on the way". PAYMENT: After your order has been confirmed and "picked", we will E-mail an order confirmation to you. Please include your e-mail address in any correspondence. WE ACCEPT CREDIT AND DEBIT CARDS (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER) and continue to accept checks or money orders, made payable to "Woodstream Orchids". Maryland residents please include 5% sales tax. NO FOREIGN PLANT ORDERS AT THIS TIME! SHIPPING/HANDLING: As soon as possible, after receiving payment, we will pack and ship your order. Orders will be shipped in the order they are received, weather-permitting. We try to avoid shipping during periods of extreme hot and cold (either in your area or ours). There may be a significant delay during the busy show seasons (April - June, October - November). We usually close the nursery during part of July and August for maintenance, shows and travel. Please check the Important Messages on our Home Page for Shipping Update Information and open nursery dates. Plants may be shipped bare root or in pot. We recommend that plants be removed from flasks and shipped in insulated protective packing (domestic sales only). We will ship plants in flask, but plants may experience some jumbling in transit. For domestic shipping via US Priority Mail, please include $12 for orders under $100 and $15 for orders over $100. Due to increases in postal rates, we have had to slightly increase our shipping fees. Especially heavy shipments of flasks or plants in pot will be billed at cost. We guarantee safe shipping. From December 15 until March 15, we will guranatee safe shipping, only if Express Mail Service or FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping is used. These charges range from $16-50, or more, depending on weight and box dimensions. Extra shipping costs will be incurred when ordering very large or tall plants, such as, Sobalias, Oerstedellas, and large Stanhopeas, which may require special containers (example, there is a $8 surcharge for a Sobralia-Sized box, plus a $16 USPS or FEDex "balloon rate for boxes larger than certain dimensions.). Phytosanitary Certificate charge for orders shipped to Hawaii is $25. We guarantee safe winter arrival, only if USPS Express Mail overnight service is used (billed at cost). Plants may be returned within 5 working days if not satisfied. PLEASE PROVIDE DESIRED SHIP-TO ADDRESS. Returned Check Policy: It happens... Should your check be returned to us for insufficient funds, accrued bank charges against our accounts will and other charges may be passed along to the checking account holder. Also, the bank is charging us a nominal handling fee for credit cards that are declined. These costs may be charged to the cardholder, at our discretion. NON-WARRANTY: Woodstream Orchids gives no warranty, implied or expressed as to the productivity and merchantability of any plants we sell and will not in any way be responsible for the crop. Many of the crosses offered are speculative and it is impossible to predict with certainty the outcome of hybrid crosses. The descriptions listed are our best guess for that particular cross. Paphiopedilum and Phragmipedium species flasks and seedlings are guaranteed to be true to name. Our liability, in all instances, is limited to the purchase price of the plants and flasks we sell. Furthermore, the flasks in which plants grow are often made from glass and can be dangerous if handled improperly. Woodstream Orchids cannot be held responsible for any injuries caused by improper handling of flasks.   RETURN TO TOP
